Coaching

Dr. Townsend provides ongoing coaching for organizations which optimizes personal and asset resources for measurable results. He analyzes the organization from both a structural and a psychological viewpoint, in order to provide meaningful avenues for opportunities and solutions for problems. Coaching can be for an individual, a group within the organization, or both:
Individual Coaching
This part is designed around a one-on-one relationship with a CEO, key executive, small business owner or manager. The individual’s strengths, potentials, training, experience and personal aspects are noted, focused and put into an approach which builds on abilities and increases leadership skills. Some of the benefits are:

Group Coaching
Group coaching occurs within the organization itself, generally with key executives and members of the company that will form an ongoing team. The group experience is a powerful way to not only increase productivity but also to create cohesion in the leadership of the organization. Here are some of the benefits:
- Integration of the organization’s mission and vision within the group setting, so that goals are reached more effectively
- Building connection and trust within the team, so that the members not only rely on each other, but also utilize each other’s strengths more synergistically
